Return Policy

Here at Shop Gear Buddy, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case:

  • You have 30 days to request a refund or exchange from the time you receive your item(s).
  • Refunds will only be granted if the item does not match the description on the website or is faulty.
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all refunds that are granted. 
  • Do not ship the item back to the manufacturer. Email us at support@shopgearbuddy.com for our return/exchange address. 
  • If you have had your items more than 30 days you cannot request a refund or exchange.
  • For most refunds and exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs back to our main office in Victoria BC, Canada. 

Faulty Goods

  • All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty, or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email at: support@shopgearbuddy.com
  • We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item.
  • Any goods broken after the one month period we cannot be liable for.
